It started out as child's play...literally!

In March of 2014, three eight-year-old girls (Avalon, Lola & Olivia) decided it would be fun to organise a charity event and donate the money to help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis, a disease that one of the girl’s baby brothers suffers with.  A fellow student at the girls’ school had recently donated some of his birthday money to the charity, which inspired the girls to do something worthwhile.  What amazing attributes for such young minds!   The first event was put together in five days and the support from the local community and school friends was overwhelming.  We raised just over $600 with a small registration fee, a lemonade stand and some home baked cookies.  It was a sign - this was our mission now, to raise funds and find a cure for Wyatt and everyone who suffers with this life limiting disease! Now, just a short 10 years later we have added over $62,000 to a research scholarship fund that will support small projects that we hope will one day lead to a cure.
